Thomas Handfield is an experienced CRM Solution Manager at Pharmascience since January 2022, responsible for managing the company’s Salesforce instances and corporate websites. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a Business Systems Specialist and CRM Operations Leader at Xylem Inc. from March 1996 to December 2021, where responsibilities included the implementation and management of various enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Qualtrics XM, and CPQ Systems. Thomas holds a Diploma of Education in Architectural Technology/Technician from Vanier College, which was completed between 1984 and 1987.
