Ngang Heok Tang is currently a Member at NuFund Venture Group, focusing on early-stage investments in technology leaders, and has been involved since November 2023. Previously, Ngang has held a Business Development position at Pharmaron since December 2019, contributing to R&D services in the life sciences sector. Ngang's academic background includes postdoctoral research at the University of California San Diego from March 2015 to December 2019, and a PhD from Cancer Research UK London Research Institute, where significant research on microtubule-associated proteins was conducted. Additional experience includes visiting scientist roles at Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory and The Babraham Institute, as well as early research positions at the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine. Ngang holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Key skills include immunoprecipitation, data analysis, and various molecular biology techniques.
