Laura Cranston is a seasoned leader in the pharmacy sector, serving as CEO Emeritus and Executive Director at the Pharmacy Quality Alliance since 2006. In this role, Laura has played a pivotal part in developing performance measurement and quality metrics for pharmacies, health plans, and pharmacy benefit managers. Under Laura's leadership, PQA has fostered collaboration among over 60 diverse stakeholders involved in the medication use process. Laura's extensive experience also includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2010, and a Director until January 2021. Educationally, Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from St. John's University, which was obtained between 1980 and 1984.
