Ken Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Ken started their career as a Finance Assistant Forms Programmer at AutoSoft Inc in 2005, providing support and utilizing Crystal Reports for generating reports and program financial contracts. Ken then transitioned to the role of Finance Support Technician/SQL Database Developer, where they developed SSIS migration packages and managed SQL Server instances for over 1500 customers.
In 2012, Ken joined KIT Solutions, LLC as a Database Developer, working on the Data Visualization Service (DVS) system and designing ETL processes for client data onboarding. Ken also had a contract role as a Database Developer through E-Staff Consulting during this time.
Later on, Ken worked at Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. (PDMI) as a Database Developer/Database Analyst III, primarily focusing on the 340b project. Ken designed and maintained enterprise-level SSIS projects, provided technical support for SQL/EDI transactions, and played a significant role in query performance tuning.
At PDMI, Ken progressed to the position of Manager, Data Engineering, where they provided management oversight to the Database Development, ETL, and in-house admin teams. Ken conducted performance reviews, scheduled and led department meetings, and acted as a communication liaison with senior management, business departments, and clients. Ken also drafted policies and procedures related to data and database processes.
Following this role, Ken served as the Interim Director, Data Services at PDMI. Ken handled management activities for the Data Engineering and Reporting Services/Business Intelligence departments while working towards restructuring and combining both into a single unit.
Lastly, Ken held various positions within Clarion University, including Office of Campus Life - Technology Assistant. In this role, they designed and maintained department websites, created databases and interactive PDFs/forms, and provided in-house IT support.
During their college years, Ken held leadership positions in Kappa Kappa Psi, serving as the Northeast District President and Member-at-Large.

Ken Jackson attended Kennedy Christian High School from 1996 to 2000, graduating with a High School degree. Ken then pursued higher education at PennWest Clarion from 2000 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Additionally, Ken obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2022.
