Iván Benito Vázquez is a PhD candidate at CSIC, specializing in natural ingredients and project drafting since December 2022. Previously, Iván worked as a Production Technician at A4CELL, focusing on nanobiotechnology and quality control. As an R&D Technical Consultant at Leyton, responsibilities included preparing documentation for industrial innovation projects. Earlier experience as a Junior Staff Scientist at CSIC involved environmental research and microorganism management. Iván has also contributed to food industry research as a Research Assistant at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, specifically in winemaking and the pharmaceutical sphere, integrating a variety of analytical techniques and methodologies. Iván holds a BSc in Biochemistry and an MSc in Industrial and Environmental Biotechnology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and is pursuing a PhD in Food Science at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
