Davina Carpenter possesses extensive experience in information and knowledge management, currently serving as the Manager of Information, Knowledge & Business Services at the Pharmaceutical Management Agency since 2020, with a history at the same organization dating back to 2008. Previous roles include Project Manager during a secondment and various managerial positions focused on information management and services. Additional experience includes roles as Client at Objective Corporation, Records Manager at the Ministry of Social Development, Ministerials & Records Manager at the Ministry of Education, Library and Records Manager at the Ministry of Economic Development, and parliamentary services at the New Zealand Parliament. Davina Carpenter holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership and a Master of Information Management with an emphasis on Change Management, both obtained from Victoria University of Wellington.
