Alessandro Monge is a seasoned professional in business development and consultancy, currently serving as Managing Partner at Blue Dolphin since January 2018, where the focus is on AI and computation for drug discovery and digital health. In addition, Alessandro is a Strategic Business Advisor for multiple organizations, including Pharmacelera and Alive Ferments, contributing expertise in AI-driven drug discovery and fermentation-based health solutions, respectively. With prior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at BrainStorm Therapeutics and Chief Business Officer at TandemAI, Alessandro has a strong background in biotechnology and AI applications. Alessandro's earlier experience comprises significant positions at Iktos, Alyra Therapeutics, Schrödinger, and ProCeryon Biosciences, complemented by an extensive academic foundation with a PhD in Theoretical Physics from The Rockefeller University.
