Rashmi Wadhwa is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality improvement and program management. Currently serving as a Program Officer for Quality at PharmAccess Foundation since April 2023, Rashmi previously held the position of Senior Consultant in the Maternal Health Division from June 2021 to March 2023 and worked as a Consultant for Quality Improvement at the National Health Systems Resource Centre from September 2017 to June 2021. Rashmi's notable contributions include training for the National Quality Assurance Program, involvement in revising operational guidelines for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and establishing a Family Centred Care National Resource Center at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. Rashmi also has administrative experience as an Assistant Hospital Administrator with the National Health Mission, overseeing hospital management and quality assurance protocols. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Health and Hospital Management from the International Institute of Health Management and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Surendera Dental College.
