Carl Stoddard is an experienced ERP Support Technician at PharmaCann Inc since April 2021, providing remote support for over 50 retail locations and eight cultivation centers across multiple states. Stoddard specializes in troubleshooting Microsoft NAV and NCR CounterPoint, manages account creation in various systems, and has played a key role in opening new retail locations and executing training. Previously, Stoddard worked as a Help Desk Technician at Funko, where remote support and ERP troubleshooting for approximately 300 users were primary responsibilities.
