Nayara Santos has extensive experience in analytical research and development within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Gerente de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Analítico at Pharlab Indústria Farmacêutica S.A. since December 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing analytical development, validation, and stability, as well as coordinating projects related to new product registrations. Prior roles at Pharlab include Coordenadora de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Analítico and Supervisora de Desenvolvimento e Validação Analítica, focusing on technical and personnel management. Nayara's earlier experience at Grupo Cimed involved senior analytical development tasks, including method development and analysis, utilizing advanced chromatographic techniques. Nayara holds a degree in Pharmacy from Universidade Federal de Alfenas, an MBA in Strategic People Management from Senac Minas, and a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from USP.
