Alessandra Setaro has a diverse professional background with a strong focus on Learning and Development. Currently serving as the Lead Learning & Development Sales Trainer at Phaidon International, Alessandra has also held roles such as Senior Learning & Development Consultant and Learning and Development Consultant. Prior experience includes positions at Collabera Inc. as a Regional Account Manager and Associate Account Manager, as well as earlier roles in customer service, including Bartender at Vinny's Ale House and Cashier at SEPHORA. Alessandra began a career with an internship at News 12 Connecticut. Educational qualifications include a degree from Sacred Heart University from 2013 to 2017 and completion of studies at Crosby High School from 2009 to 2013.
