Ricky Ninon is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at PGIM since September 2021, Ricky previously held senior roles at Legg Mason, including Head of Product for Europe and Product Development Director. Additional experience includes a Senior Product Manager position at Russell Investments and Product Manager roles at Hermes Investment Management and BlackRock. Ricky's career began at Merrill Lynch as a Relationship Banker and included a foundational role as Banking Officer at NatWest. Educational qualifications include being a CAIA Level II Candidate from the CAIA Association, holding an Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK, and obtaining a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Solent University.
