David Swerdloff is a seasoned professional in HR analytics and compensation, currently serving as VP HR Analytics & Compensation at PGIM since April 2020. Prior experience includes significant roles at Morgan Stanley, where David led the compensation and reporting operations, implemented Tableau for global HR users, and established a data governance program utilizing Collibra software. David's earlier roles also include project management at Reachcast and project administration at Parsons Brinckerhoff. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Indiana University Bloomington.
