Harnold Plat has extensive experience in business consulting and IT architecture, currently serving as a Business Consultant and IT Architect at PGGM since May 2001, focusing on enterprise and solutions architecture. Between March 2012 and February 2018, Harnold held the position of Bestuurder at Samenwerkingsverband Rijn en Gelderse Vallei, overseeing inclusive education for 34 boards and 125 schools across seven municipalities. Additionally, Harnold provided temporary advisory support as Bestuursadviseur for the same organization in early 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a senior applicatiebeheerder at Super de Boer from October 1988 to April 2001, where responsibilities included functional and technical application management and leading significant projects like the millennium transition, as well as various administrative roles in financial management.
