Xavier Pierre is a seasoned professional in the field of management sciences, currently serving as Directeur Stratégie et Développement at PGF consultants since September 2020. Prior to this role, Xavier worked as an independent researcher and consultant from 2006 to August 2020, focusing on change management and strategic planning, particularly within the public and nonprofit sectors. This independent work involved collaboration with experienced consultants and researchers, contributing to multiple scientific publications and presentations. Additionally, Xavier served as an associate researcher at Université Jean Moulin - Lyon 3 from January 2005 to June 2019. Educational qualifications include a Post-Doctorate from UQAM, a Doctorate in management sciences from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and a Master's degree in socio-economic management from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
