Kamel Raafat is an experienced safety and health professional with a robust background in environmental health and safety (EH&S) management, currently serving as the Site EH&S Manager at PGESCo since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as HSE Manager at Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction and HSE Advisor at Siemens. Kamel previously held positions in PGESCo as HSE Coordinator and began the career as an HSE Specialist at the Middle Delta Electricity Productive Company. Kamel holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and Education from Al-Azhar University, completed in 2006.
