Tom Son, PGA, has extensive experience in golf management and financial services. Currently serving as General Manager of Arrowood Golf Course since June 2017, Tom oversees all operations, including financial management and various departmental functions. Tom is an active member of the Southern California PGA Board of Directors, holding roles as Education Committee Chairperson and Vice President of the SCPGA San Diego Chapter. Additionally, Tom serves as a Board Member for PGA National Committees focusing on PGA Hope and DEI initiatives. Tom’s prior experience includes leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities involved overseeing capital markets operations for Korean clients. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an Associate's degree in Golf Course Operation and Grounds Management from Golf Academy of America, where Tom was valedictorian. Military service includes a Captain role in the US Army.
