Callum McLuckie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Callum began their career as a Forklift Operator and First-Aid Attendant at Tolko Industries from 2014 to 2016. Callum then worked as a Film Editor for Washington State University from 2016 to 2017, where they filmed basketball practices and games and attributed offensive and defensive statistics to each player. McLuckie continued to gain experience in sports-related roles, serving as a Practicum Student and Student Assistant at Washington State University Athletic Communications from 2017 to 2018. In these positions, they assisted with daily operations, archived statistics and photos, and created informational guides. Callum also worked as a Game Notes Operator for NCAA March Madness in 2018.

McLuckie further expanded their skills by working as an Administrative Assistant for Washington State University Athletics in 2018, where they assisted in covering all sports and oversaw digital archiving for women's soccer. Callum also worked briefly as a Runner for ESPN College GameDay in the same year. McLuckie then joined PGA of America in 2023 as a Corporate Hospitality Sales and Marketing Lead. Before joining PGA of America, they had a tenure at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) from 2019 to 2022. At SEL, they held various positions including Compliance Technician, Associate Writer, and Property Maintenance. In their role as Compliance Technician, they ensured that testing procedures and standards were met and served as a liaison to UL and CSA inspectors. As an Associate Writer, they constructed landing pages and emails and collaborated with tech leads for accurate technical information. McLuckie also gained experience in the field of athletics, working as a Statistician for Washington State University Athletics from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they inputted statistics and provided printouts during women's basketball games. Overall, McLuckie has a strong background in sports, communications, and compliance, with a focus on detail-oriented tasks and collaboration with various stakeholders.
