Patricia Garnica has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative for the City of Farmers Branch since October 2014, as well as holding the position of Team Lead in Customer Service at PFSweb since November 2010. In these roles, Patricia assists customer service agents with various customer-related issues, including lost packages and computer problems, and is skilled in de-escalating customer calls. Previous positions include contracting roles at Glaspy Group and Office Team, and experience as a cashier at Galleria Ice Skating Center.
