David Walters, CFA, CAIA, CTP, is a finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and investment analysis. Currently serving as a Manager at PFM Asset Management LLC since October 2023, David has held various roles within the organization, including Director and Senior Managing Consultant, since joining in June 2007. Prior to the current position, David worked as a Senior Investment Analyst for the City of Milwaukee from August 2022 to October 2023, and as a Director at PFM from December 2021 to August 2022. David began their career with an internship at PFM Asset Management LLC in 2006. David holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Penn State University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
