Omair Sahgal is a Clinical Development Physician at PAION AG, focusing on clinical development activities for anaesthetic compounds, including medical monitoring and regulatory interactions. Prior experience includes roles as a Medical Doctor with NHS, specializing in medical oncology, and as a Clinical Research Physician at Medicines Evaluation Unit Ltd, where significant contributions to asthma, COPD, and cystic fibrosis studies were made. Additionally, Omair held positions in clinical research at Hammersmith Medicines Research Ltd, leading multiple phase 1a and 1b/2 clinical trials, and worked as a Laboratory Technician at the University of Liverpool, identifying biomarkers for colorectal cancer.
