Andrew E. has over 20 years of extensive experience in engineering, operations management, and economic development. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Pfizer since May 2019, Andrew E. oversees engineering and maintenance for over $1 billion in assets. Prior to Pfizer, Andrew E. worked as an Economic Development Consultant and partner at Southwest Michigan First, focusing on building relationships and driving revenue development. From 2003 to 2017, Andrew E. held multiple leadership roles at Stryker, including Senior Engineering & Operations Manager, where notable achievements included leading the launch of an innovative additive manufacturing technology. Andrew E.'s early career involved service in the US Navy and Navy Reserve as a Nuclear Submarine Warfare Officer and Diver, complemented by a strong academic foundation including an MBA from Western Michigan University and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.
