Alex Marpaung, CPIM, CSCP, currently serves as the Master Data and Product Strategy Lead at Pfizer since April 2021, where responsibilities include defining and managing business processes to enhance execution timelines. Previously, Alex held significant roles including Senior Manager Supply Chain and Warehouse at Roquette and Global Supply Chain Business Process Lead, which involved leading a global SAP implementation project. Alex has also served at RB as Sr. Manager Planning and Logistics, driving regional S&OP processes across multiple Asian plants. Other notable positions include roles at Shell, Johnson & Johnson, L'Oréal, and Mead Johnson Nutritional, focusing on supply chain optimization, planning, and process improvements. Alex holds an MBA in Business International from University Pierre Mandes France and a Master's in Business International from the University of Indonesia.
