Monique Azer Chehadé, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR, finance, and operations management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Pacific Fertility Center Los Angeles since March 2024, Monique previously held the role of HR and Finance Manager at Ethos Capital from 2019 to December 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Vocado from 2010 to 2019, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of HR, finance, and accounting, directly supporting the CEO during the company's acquisition by Oracle in May 2018. Monique began their career as an Operations Administrative Assistant at Andaz West Hollywood from 2008 to 2010, where notable achievements included project management for hotel renovations and vendor relationship management.
