Hayden Shepard is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Alpine Silica since December 2022, Hayden has previously held positions such as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mr. Cooper and Talent Acquisition Manager at Talent Raid. With a foundation in strategic recruitment developed during roles at The University of Dallas and Security Finance, Hayden brings significant expertise to human resources management. Hayden holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Methodist University.
