Karen Nikoloudakis Thomas, CNP, is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations focused on grantwriting, fundraising, and marketing. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Donor Marketing and Engagement at PetSmart Charities since January 2022, Karen also leads their consulting firm, Karen Thomas and Associates, LLC. Previous roles include Chief Development and Marketing Officer at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central and Northern Arizona, where over $5 million was raised in 18 months, and Chief Executive Officer at Support My Club. Karen has held additional leadership positions with Yellowstone Forever, Childhelp®, and The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Arizona. Karen actively contributes to the City of Glendale Community Development Advisory Commission and has served on the Board of Directors for The Junior League of Phoenix Foundation. Karen holds a BA in History and Women's Studies from Southwestern University.
