Pham Chung is an experienced professional in the petrochemical and refinery sectors, currently serving as an Executive Committee Member at Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company since March 2023. Pham holds a Deputy Manager position at PETROVIETNAM and has a background in the Industrial Gas & Hydrocarbon Processing Division. Previous roles include Section Manager and Deputy Section Manager in Laboratory & Quality Assurance at Nghi Son Refinery, and Production Manager at PV Oil Lube Vietnam. Pham's career began as a Project Executive at Petrovietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Company Limited. Academically, Pham earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic & Medicinal Chemistry from Kyunghee University, a Master’s degree in Organic Synthesis from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and an Engineer's degree in Organic Chemistry & Petroleum Technology from ĐH Bách Khoa Hà Nội.
