Le Ba possesses extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and risk management within the Oil & Gas and real estate sectors. Currently serving as an M&A and Business Development Manager at PetroVietnam Group since July 2012, Le Ba has successfully navigated both domestic and international M&A markets. Previous roles include Head of Risk Management and Internal Control at Gtel Mobile, where responsibilities encompassed fraud and risk management, and Vice Director at Thien Loc Real Estate Company. Le Ba's career began with IT and telecommunications positions at CBOSS Asia Pacific and Sokol Ukraine, complemented by a solid academic foundation with two Master's degrees in MBA and telecommunications and networking from the Asian Institute of Technology and National Technical University of Ukraine.
