Dr. Raj Tewari is a highly experienced professional in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Chief Scientist in Group Research & Technology at PETRONAS since August 2011. With 35 years of expertise, Dr. Tewari specializes in oil and gas field development planning, reservoir simulation, production forecasting, and reservoir management, along with reserves estimates and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) studies, particularly for carbonate and clastic reservoirs. Previous roles include Custodian PE at SUDAPET, Principal Reservoir Engineer at PETRONAS, and Manager of Reservoir Engineering at ONGC. Dr. Tewari holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Atomic/Molecular Physics from BHU Varanasi.
