Aditiya Rizka Ramadhan has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Jr Real-time Support Engineer at Petrolink since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Kopi Chuseyo as a Barista from April 2022 to December 2022, where they demonstrated good communication skills, memorized recipes, provided customer service, managed cashier duties, and ensured product quality. Aditiya Rizka briefly worked as a Staff Operational at Sssinergy Event Organizer in September 2022. In 2021, Aditiya gained hands-on experience in the production section during their fieldwork practice at UMKM DO'A IBU from March to April. Aditiya Rizka also served as a Finance Analyst and Barista at Mndset Kopi from December 2020 to March 2021, where they analyzed financial transactions, collected and managed quantitative data, prepared financial reports, implemented a new financial system, and reduced financial risks. Overall, Aditiya has a strong background in customer service, finance analysis, and operations management.

Aditiya Rizka Ramadhan completed their high school education at SMA NEGERI 3 TAMBUN SELATAN from 2015 to 2018. Afterward, they pursued their higher education at the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a degree in Sarjana Teknik (S.T.) in the field of Teknik Industri.
