Hilal Bhat has over 30 years of extensive experience in project management and technical roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Project Delivery Lead in the Information Management and Technology Department at Petroleum Development Oman since August 2010, Hilal has previously held key positions such as Senior Manager in Network Operations Managed Services at du, Technical Manager at Screencheck, and Project Manager at Centena Group of Companies. Earlier experience includes roles as Research & Development Manager at Electronia and Assistant Manager at Indian Telephone Industries Limited. Hilal began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Kashmir. Educational credentials include a B.Engg in Electronics and Communications from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar and multiple certifications in project management.
