Tanja van der Pols-de Meza is an accomplished professional in human resources and legal counsel, currently serving as Manager HR & GDPR Europe & UK at Petrogas E&P since January 2020, with prior roles including Interim Human Resources Manager and Legal Counsel. Tanja has extensive experience from Oceanco, where tenure lasted from August 2006 to June 2023, holding positions such as Legal Counsel, Director HR&DPO, and Manager Human Resources. Earlier experience includes Head of the Legal & HR Department at Ford Rotterdam from June 2003 to June 2006 and Legal Advisor at Gilhuis Verheijden Huntjens advocaten from 2000 to 2003, specializing in labor law and company law. Tanja holds an LL.M. in Company Law from Utrecht University and a Master's degree in Law and Economics from Utrecht University, complemented by a diploma from Christelijk Lyceum Dordrecht.
