Sanjeevi Mohan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sanjeevi started their career in 2000 as an Assistant Engineer at The KCP Limited, where they were responsible for production planning and control, as well as subcontracting. Sanjeevi then joined FFE Minerals India Private Limited in 2004 as an Assistant Engineer - Sub-Contract, handling procurement planning and sourcing of project materials.

In 2006, Sanjeevi became a Buyer at Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd, where they were involved in purchasing activities. Sanjeevi then joined Washington Group International - Al Jaber Energy Services Consortium in 2007 as a Senior Buyer, responsible for engineering coordination, purchasing, and expediting of various items.

In 2009, Sanjeevi joined Fives India Engineering and Project Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager - Purchase. Here, they supervised and handled procurement, expediting, and logistics coordination for aluminum refinery projects. Sanjeevi also led a team in developing new vendors in India for indigenizing proprietary items.

Sanjeevi's most recent role was at Petrofac, where they started in 2012 as a Project Procurement Lead. Here, they managed the procurement of equipment, materials, and services required for the project. Sanjeevi also supervised and handled expediting and logistics teams.

Sanjeevi Mohan holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from V.Ramakrishna Polytechnic, Chennai. Sanjeevi further pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology, General at Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani. Later, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, India.
