Bruno Siqueira Soares has over a decade of experience in maintenance management, currently serving as Supervisor PCM at Usina Santa Terezinha since December 2013, where responsibilities include controlling and planning corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for agricultural equipment. Prior to this role, Bruno worked as an intern at BRF, focusing on steam production efficiency and cost management. Bruno holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana and a technical diploma in Agriculture from Colégio Agrícola Estadual do Noroeste.
