Jesse Petrilla is the founder and president of Petrilla Technologies. Jesse previously served as an Army Liaison Officer to an Afghan government intelligence agency, facilitating interrogations of Taliban and Al-Qa'eda detainees by Afghan authorities. Jesse also served 4 years as an elected council member for the City of Rancho Santa Margarita, a master planned community in Orange County, CA with a 2010 population of 47,853. Prior to that, they were the president of Petrilla Entertainment, where they designed and brought to market download-on-demand video games for the PC. Jesse is also a Military Officer - Captain in the Army National Guard.

Jesse Petrilla has a BS in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton. Jesse also has completed the Signal Captains Career Course from the United States Army Signal School at Ft. Gordon, GA and the Armor Basic Officer Leaders Course from the United States Army Armor School at Ft. Knox, KY.
