Anand Trivedi has extensive experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as Customer Service Team Lead at Petpooja since August 2018. Prior to this role, Anand held positions as Key Account Manager at both Sar Group and Industrybuy from April 2017 to July 2018, and as Field Sales Engineer at Raj JCB from June 2016 to April 2017. Anand holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering, completed between 2012 and 2016.
