Ragnar Sandvik is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily at Petoro since May 2002. As a Senior Advisor for Strategy and Business Development, Ragnar Sandvik currently leads a portfolio encompassing significant oil production fields and manages exploration licenses. Previously, Ragnar Sandvik served as the head of business development, facilitating strategic reviews and ensuring the competitiveness of the Norwegian continental shelf. Additionally, Ragnar Sandvik has played a pivotal role as the lead negotiator for the Johan Sverdrup Unitization and has been involved in upstream negotiations, portfolio management, and financial oversight. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Accenture focusing on process and performance management systems. Ragnar Sandvik holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from the Norwegian School of Economics and is a graduate of the Solstrandprogrammet.
