Vinicius Ayub has extensive work experience in the field of UX design and research. Vinicius began their career in 2010 as a Digital Designer Intern at Jacques Janine OFICIAL, where they later worked as a Digital Designer. In 2012, they became a Digital Art Director at LeeKloy Publicidade e Marketing. In 2013, they joined Colliers International as a UX Designer, responsible for developing user-centered design solutions.
After that, Vinicius worked at Grupo ZAP, starting as a UX Designer and gradually taking on more leadership roles. Vinicius became a UX Researcher, organizing research demands and conducting various studies. Vinicius then became a UX Research Tech Lead, responsible for coordinating the research team, planning research studies, and ensuring timely delivery of results. Vinicius eventually became the UX Research Coordinator at Grupo ZAP, leading a team and translating business needs into research studies.
Following their time at Grupo ZAP, Vinicius worked in various roles at different companies. This includes working as a Senior XD Researcher at Intuit, a Product Design & Research Lead at Xerpa and moObie, and a Research Advisor at GetNinjas.
Most recently, Vinicius has been working at Petlove as the Head of UX. Vinicius has held different roles within the company, including responsibilities for B2B, e-commerce, and health & services projects.
Vinicius Ayub obtained a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from Centro Universitário Senac from 2008 to 2011. Vinicius then pursued a Post-graduate education in Digital Design and New Medias at Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo from 2013 to 2014. In 2011, they also completed a Regular Course in Game Design at SAGA - School of Art, Game and Animation. Additionally, they obtained a Technical degree in Graphic Design from ABRA - Academia Brasileira de Arte from 2008 to 2010. Vinicius Ayub has also obtained several certifications in various subjects, including Understanding Memory: Explaining the Psychology of Memory through Movies from Wesleyan University in 2016, Data Visualization from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2015, Human-Computer Interaction from University of California, San Diego in 2014, Social Psychology from Wesleyan University in 2013, and Gamification from University of Pennsylvania in 2013.
