Alexandra Mallen currently holds the position of Responsable Qualité Réseau at Petits-fils since July 2022, overseeing customer satisfaction, complaint management, customer service, risk management, and quality certification processes. Prior to this role, Alexandra served as Responsable Prévention et Gestion des Risques for Korian from November 2013 to August 2022, where responsibilities included developing risk management policies, managing severe adverse events, and conducting training on risk management. Alexandra also worked at Medica Korian from October 2010 to November 2013 as Chargée de mission qualité, focusing on certification audits and the creation of quality management tools. Alexandra's educational background includes a MAE in Business Administration from IAE France, a Master 2 in Management from IAE Grenoble, and a Master 1 in Health Engineering from IUP SKS Grenoble.
