Roger Lewis has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to finance and management. Roger began their career at Boeing as a Senior Cost Accountant and then moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Senior. Roger later joined Garsite, a subsidiary of TSI Holdings, where they served as a Controller and played a key role in the company's successful turnaround and sale. Roger then worked at Osborn Laboratories & LabOne as Vice President & Controller, where they implemented improved credit and collection procedures and designed a budgeting process. Roger further enhanced their expertise as Vice President & CFO at Caravan Ingredients, a subsidiary of CSM.nv, where they led the company through a historic increase in commodity costs and transformed it into a professionally managed organization. Roger also held the position of CFO at Hostess Brands, where they worked with the leading fresh-baked packaged sweet goods company in the U.S. In 2016, they became the CFO of Healthy Food Ingredients, LLC, a growing family of global specialty ingredient brands. Currently, Roger holds the position of Vice President & CFO at Peterson Manufacturing Co, a major U.S. manufacturer of vehicle safety lighting. Roger Lewis obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance & Economics from Oklahoma State University. This education took place from 1979 to 1982. In 1989, they earned a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Oklahoma Accountancy Board. Continuing their education, Roger pursued an Executive MBA degree with a specialization in Leadership and Innovation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.
