Elena Tegnebidina has extensive experience in trade finance and documentary business, currently serving as the Head of Trade Finance and Documentary Business Division at JSC Bank PSCB since September 2007. Responsibilities include establishing and overseeing trade finance operations, developing procedures for documentary instruments, and conducting marketing initiatives to promote services among clients. Previously, Elena held the position of Team Leader at NBD-Bank, focusing on international and local settlements and maintaining correspondent banking relationships. Educational qualifications include studies at the International Banking Institute, the University of the Russian Academy of Education, and the Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod.
