Martyn Kelsey is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in managing facilities, contracts, and client performance across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Peterborough United Football Club since September 2024, Kelsey previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager at the University of Cambridge from August 2023 to September 2024. Kelsey's extensive experience at the Wellcome Sanger Institute included roles as HHCC Facilities & Operations Manager and Contracts Manager, focusing on contract management, service delivery, and collaboration with various teams. Additional experience includes management roles at INDIGO PARK SERVICES UK LIMITED and Marriott International, along with operational oversight in custodial settings at NOMs. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Leeds Beckett University.
