Jayden Oates is a dedicated professional with a strong background in science and technology, currently serving as a Medical Laboratory Technician in Molecular Pathology at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre since October 2023. As a Scientific Advisor for CoLabs Australia, Jayden actively supports the community in exploring scientific curiosity and has contributed to workspace management and protocol design. Formerly a Microbiology Analyst at BVAQ, Jayden ensured compliance with industry standards and maintained a safe working environment. Additional experience includes a Research Assistant Intern role at BioQuisitive Ltd, leadership positions in the hospitality sector, and a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and an Advanced Diploma in Language from La Trobe University. Jayden is also pursuing further education through the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.
