Shari Gordon White is an accomplished merchandising leader with extensive experience in the consumer goods sector, currently serving as Interim Chief Merchandising Officer and Senior Vice President at Petco since October 2017. Shari has held various senior roles overseeing consumables merchandising and private brand product development, driving strategic initiatives across multiple categories. Prior to Petco, Shari served at Perrigo Company plc as Director of Sales and held multiple positions at Target, where significant contributions included leading the strategy for over $2 billion in annual sales across health and beauty private-label brands. Shari's career also includes key roles at Unilever, focusing on brand management and shopper marketing for major hair care brands. Shari holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
