Lourdes Atenas Vega Torres is an experienced educator and mentor currently serving as a Profesor at Open English and a Mentor at MCW Global, both since 2023 and 2019 respectively. Additionally, Lourdes holds a position as a Profesor de inglés at Meduca Panama since 2019, and serves as an isfit Ambassador for the International Student Festival in Trondheim since 2018. In 2017, Lourdes took on the role of Coord Idiomas for JMJ 2019 à la voile - Cap sur Panama. Previous experience includes a supervisory role at Best Buy from 2020 to 2022 and serving as the Ugrad Secretary Ambassador for World Learning from 2017 to 2018. Lourdes holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Latina de Panamá, a Bachelor of Education in English Literature from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Licentiate degree in English and Education from Universidad de Panamá.
