Ricardo R. Rincón has a diverse work experience, beginning with an internship at Corporación Digitel in 2012. Ricardo R. then worked as a Support Engineer at Sixbell from June 2014 to June 2016, where they developed and supported IVR and chatbot flows for inbound and outbound campaigns, including designing self-service flows for scheduling hospital appointments.
