Melanie Marshall has extensive experience in the hospitality and pet care industries, currently serving as a Pet Hotel Expert at Pet Palace Resorts since April 2016. Prior to this role, Melanie volunteered and fostered dogs with I.C.A.R.E Dog Rescue from March 2014 to March 2015. Melanie's background in hospitality includes positions such as Studio Manager at PWP Studio and Front Office Manager and General Manager at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort and Holiday Inn Express, respectively. Earlier career milestones include serving as Front Desk Manager at both Chateau Elan Winery & Resort and Marriott International, as well as a Front Desk Agent and Reservations specialist at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort. Melanie obtained a degree from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business between 2001 and 2004.
