Amy D'Andrea MEd, CVT, RVT, VTS(EVN) has extensive experience in the field of veterinary medicine and education. Amy is currently the Co-Owner of Pet Emergency Academy and has previous experience as the Director of Operations at Pet Emergency Education and Chief Executive Officer at Mile High Educational Consulting, LLC. Additionally, they have worked as a Veterinary Technology Faculty at Ashworth College, Director of Veterinary Education at Heritage College & Heritage Institute, and a Faculty Member at Pennfoster College. Amy has also held teaching positions at New England Institute of Technology and Mount Ida College, where they instructed courses in veterinary technology and developed online educational components. Overall, Amy D'Andrea MEd, CVT, RVT, VTS(EVN) has a diverse range of experience in veterinary education, program management, and curriculum design.

Amy D'Andrea has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant from Mount Ida College, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Amy also holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Instructional Technology from American InterContinental University, which they earned from 2003 to 2004. In addition to their degrees, Amy has several certifications including Certified Equine Nursing Specialist, Certified Pet CPR Instructor, Certified Veterinary Technician, and Registered Veterinary Technician.
