Bart Van Diepen serves as the Team Manager at Critical Performance Racing since 2011, where responsibilities include identifying motocross racers seeking career advancement and securing sponsorships from leading industry figures, along with organizing race series and coordinating necessary resources for team participants. In addition, Bart has been the Owner of Pestmaster Services since 1987, overseeing operations and service provision for over 5,000 customers. Bart also has prior experience in the construction industry, working as an electrician at H&C Construction from 1980 to 1985.
