Patricia Ogando Hermida has been serving at Grupo Nueva Pescanova since June 2018, holding various roles including Director of Talent, Compensation, and Organization, as well as positions in talent and human resources. Prior to this, Patricia gained experience as a trainee at D3 GESTIÓN, where responsibilities included labor-related tasks and fiscal support using software tools A3NOM and A3ECO. Patricia holds a Bachelor's degree from Universidade de Vigo (2012-2017), a course in Administration and Management of SMEs from FORBE (2016-2018), and a Master's degree in Strategic Management of People from ef business school (2019-2020).
